Payment methods
At Kerr’s Dairy, every customers’ personal information is stored confidentially and securely.
How it works:
- Each customer gets a monthly bill after the last Saturday of each month. By e-mail or paper form.
- Customer are expected to check their invoice to ensure everything is correct. If everything is ok, you don’t have to do anything. If there is a problem with your invoice, call our head office on 01382 825018, choose option 1. Or e-mail us at admin@kerrsdairy.co.uk.
- All variable direct debits are taken on the 15th of each month. If the 15th is a Saturday or Sunday, payments will be taken out on the following Monday.
To set up, log into your back office and follow the steps.
NOTE:
If you don’t want to pay by direct debit we do take other methods of payment but you must contact our head office for more details on this.
Registration process
Ordering products
- Once you are logged in to your back office
- Go to Product tab
- Pick your products and volume you would like on delivery day
- You over all total invoice per week need to be over £2.68

We have been evolving with time, which is why you can choose your preferred method of payment. We accept cash, cheque, cards and Direct Debit. At Kerr’s Dairy, every customers’ personal information is stored confidentially and securely.

Delivery Day Information
All our doorsteps customers are delivered twice per week.
Depending on the area you live will define which days you will be delivered.
Our delivery days are:
Monday & Thursday
Tuesday & Friday
Wednesday & Saturday
The Kerr’s Dairy Team have already set your delivery days in your personal back office, so you will only be able to order products for the selected days.
